As details in this thread have flushed out and your LLC is named operate from an assumption the plaintiff's attorney likely already has that covered.  

I think after 2 or 3 vinyl floor replacements it would have paid for itself....Since i want to keep my place forever, I'm going with tile.As far as the water saver toilets...they seem to require 2 or 3 flushess to do the same job an old toilet did in one flush. 

No flush so the tenant will call. 

I'm seeing 7.5 gallons per flush.

They want the pipe under the floor with the trap recessed into the floor flush and tiled around it.You have to call around for plumbers to get the best deal.

They need to sign something that says they understand that the products they flush down the drains and toilets will be septic friendly.
