Socially awkward but need support.

There were issues syncing the reservation calendar, and it is nearly impossible to reach a customer support representative with Booking.com as an individual STR owner.

Their new online system is really confusing, and I have had to call customer support for help each time I needed to wire/ACH funds because I could never figure it out on my own (and their customer service chat box isn't set up yet). 

With the amount I make currently, I am able to FHA a house by the 3/4th month of the next fiscal year.

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.

**Inconsistent Support:** A major downside is the lack of consistent support from marketers.

There are a couple of units that had one but they're not supported.  

I've always worked for myself and didn't have a ton of support so I was not able to prove my income for quite some time due to doing my taxes wrong or not understanding how things work.

Exactly what i was looking forIf the rental income can support a higher loan amount, the path to getting the most cash back out of the property is to complete the renovations first and then cashout refi after.
