@Zachary Paul - yeah really love the podcasts... even the ones I don't think will be of interest (based on the title) are always fascinating and I am glad I didn't skip over them after.  

That's fascinating, because there is a whole community in here wondering about acquiring pre foreclosure leads, without ever thinking twice that it could be a felony.
