It's not neccesary the house flipping that get's met excited, its business of finding deals that is important. 

I am excited to join BiggerPockets and start my real-estate investing journey with a lot of like-minded people over here.

Devin,What you are working on looks very exciting to me.  

I've heard a lot of good things about this forum and I'm excited to be a part of it.

This my friends on BP is just the reality of Real Estate you have two basic methods One mom and pop keep their day jobs and start buying long term hold rentals as they can afford them and if they like it they keep at it..Two you jump in the game and try to make money transactionally IE RE Broker  Flipper Wholesaler MLO  leasing agent etc etc.. this also is a long term ramp.. what the Guru programs attract generally speaking is those that get excited think they can somehow buy a program ( any program pick one) and its going to jump start them to this mythical financial freedom everyone talks about..

Excited to join the BiggerPockets community. 

As the title of the post mentions, I am taking on an extensive rehab this coming year and am really excited for it!

I've taken a couple real estate courses but Big Pockets is the best and I have been binge watching for the last 2 weeks and im super excited to start investing im looking to do the Brrrr strategy and looking to pick up small multi family properties and possibly off market flips.
