It is actually cheaper to pull permits than to have your project stopped, pay the fines, and endure court hearings before the magistrate court.  

But there are limits to what we endure from Clients, and at some point something set him off. 

Hence, the stupidity that this nation is currently enduring will eventually end. 

There are only lucky and unlucky ones for the people who order them and/or are forced to endure them.

In many places there is a portion of real estate law that speaks to an easement being created by the enduring presence of actions/items being in place and not argued against.

That comes from your own analysis of all the areas you need to analyze until you find the right one(s)4 - It's the best, safest (when done right), fastest, (when done right), with infinite returns, with exponential returns, and most enduring through many generations of wealth. 

You have to have a great team, and you have to have grit and endurance. 

The other benefit of what you endured was the HUGE learning experience.

My wife and I both came from not much of anything and have endured so so much in our lives.
