It's encouraging and a bit discouraging but I think that is the nature of the business.

Apparently, you are "highly encouraged" to live at a certain apartment complex.

At 6:00 pm on the first Thursday of every month we have been sharing resources, knowledge and encouraging people to win at investing in real estate.

My 3BR rents range from $1,425 to $2,000 which shows why it is almost impossible to give you meaningful rent data without you being more specific.At this point, I wouldn't discount the online systems such as Zillow so much.

Most of the people from Airbnb actually stay a few months at a time, I have monthly rates to encourage people stay for a month.

I would encourage you to get in to the trades, could probably start this now or very soon.
