Hi everybody,I was looking for RE on Craigslist the other day and read a "NEED" ad. in the add the person is basically asking for a lot of land because they are getting kicked out from the land that they are leaving in because the seller (from the current land) now wants a lot more money than it was agreed for it before because apparently the land is worth double now.The ad is right here:http://collegestation.craigslist.org/reo/3994060899.htmlI have no relation with the ad creator nor the seller or anybody related to the ad, but I was curious if the seller can "kicked" the family out just because he wants more money for the land now.Based on the ad the buyer is paying on time so I don't think it is legal to kick the buyer out.I want to use seller financing as a strategy for future deals so I just wanted to know your comments on the matter.By the way sorry if the post is in the wrong forum.Have a great day!

This is necessary for things like termed out presidents to continue to follow the rule, as technically there is not an incumbent in an election following a termed out president.2) The creator/discoverer of the rule stated a revision, that refers not necessarily to the incumbent party, but to the party that last won the popular vote (but not necessarily the electoral college).

The creator of the program is a CPA and investor himself so it is well thought out and useful for analyzing properties. There are some other programs out there but many are very expensive or keep the program online where they hit you up every month for a fee and keep getting money from you to access it.There are also some files on here in the vault for free to use but I like something that just goes without having to keep redoing it so the 100 bucks was worth it to me.
