Not only is every order on one website but you get emails on which orders arrive what day and an email when they arrive.

@Sanjay Bhagat BiggerPockets doesn't do this, but it's sister website, www.passivepockets.com does. 

You should get plenty of discussions over the years.If you search a real estate investing website, you'll find most opinions are biased towards real estate.

We are considering a new policy at BiggerPockets and request feedback.Idea: Update our website policy such that "Wholesalers" who break forum rules, solicit members, or submit requests to meet agents using our agent finder will be sent a $125 bill for each infraction.

There was a disconnected phone line, no website, people living in motorhomes illegally and only about 50 percent occupancy (some of those people weren't paying).

One thing that we did early on was create a website for our company that laid out our corporate/MTR strategy.

It blows quickbooks out of the water with ease of use and I can do the class tracking that the basic $20 a month quickbooks was lacking.There's a phone app also, I just added it to my phone, so I'm not sure how much I will use it yet other than for reference as opposed to opening the website for details.
