You could have web pages feeding queries to different ones and displaying the results together in one place or coding to combine the data.

They're super simple and provide a great way to analyze deals on a level playing field, however in the last week that I've been a pro member and taken advantage of these (mostly the rental property calculator) I had some thoughts that I figured I'd throw out there.1) When looking at deals that you have previously analyzed there should be the pertinent information displayed on the screen.A) Name of DealB) Address of DealC) Date of AnalysisD) Purchase PriceE) ARVF) Total Initial EquityG)  Monthly Cash FlowH) Monthly Cap RateI) NOIJ) Total Cash NeededK) Cash on Cash ROIL) Status of Property (see comment below)In addition to this information being displayed on screen you should also be able to sort ascending or descending by any one of these values.

Where building setbacks exceed 100 feet (30 m) from the street or road, additional non-illuminated 4 inch (102 mm) numbers shall be displayed at the property entrance. 

It will be a good opportunity for you to display, practice, learn and enhance leadership and management skills.

Some lenders release them as and when while others have a regular meeting so all new properties for sale hit on a particular day.In some markets there will be display ads for the REOs.

I've had good luck with posting an ad on craig's list, and then linking that to my own page -- an online flyer where I display photos of all of the rooms, a floor plan, and list all of the features and amenities.

The best form displays disclosure conspicuously in original offer.
