What are the different dimensions of the parking spots. 

In addition to what @Lee Hampton mentioned , for new dev perspective key is the road frontage /plat If you dont replat (subdivide the lot into smaller lots) , if you can build minimum 2 units and for 2+ units , lot must have 60 ft of frontage for all side that has road access.If you replat, then depending on dimension you can get more.

The general definition is that a legal bedroom is a  minimum of 80 square feet total and no less than 8 feet in any dimension.

It doesn't save as much as you'd think but it makes it easy to price, same dimensions, and easy delivery and set-up.
