This is mostly why I've just decided to try to take this into my own hands and destroy their name if the legal system won't work.

-Nest connected to but outside house is easy, wait until an hour after dusk and spray, knock down, and destroy-Nest inside the wall of house is very difficult! 

I also don't want all of the mechanicals to be old because on single family homes capex can destroy years of cash flow since the margins are tighter.

You're completely dependent on the quality of your property management company and when they do a poor job screening, you end up with a destroyed property and expensive evictions.

Everyone else, from Artillery, Recon, Supply, Admin, Pilots, is SUPPORTING the grunts to close it and destroy the enemy.

Anyway, it sounds like awful pain to me, 3 am phone calls, destroyed units, and lots more fun.
