It's easier to get them out that way with the courts.

An agent can not longer open a door to a buyer without risking oppressive fines, being sued, or face a contempt of court charge. 

After trial in April 2023 he appealed the decree and we settled in Supreme Court that the LLC, the physical rental property, and the mortgage would be my responsibility.  

Short a court order, the lender is absolutely correct.
