My previous renters were relocations - either had sold their home and looking to buy another (low inventory so takes a while to find a home to buy) or moving here from another city and didn't know yet what neighborhood they want to be in, or alse building a home and need a place to live until it's completed.

We sold that company 2 years ago. 

I did get my GC license which in Oregon is all law so it was simple test for me. so now here we sit 500 or so spec / pre solds later and well its been a wild ride..

In my first 9 months as a full-time agent, I sold 0 homes!

Some directly used crypto if the seller accepted it, while others sold their crypto for cash first and then bought the property.

I have already sold by owner and am well aware of 1031.

What price and why have they not sold? 

I have flipped 30 houses, including having 10 projects going simultaneously, one of which sold for $1.8 million.
