LOL but this route you have only 4 weeks to contact all the sellers MULTIPLE TIMES.- The golden rule in my group is the seller has to have a deal, the numbers work, be willing to sign, be willing to move out no later then 7 calendar days prior to the auction!!!!!

Paulette, it is good to call out these bad contractors and unfortunately you are caught in a bad situation on what to do, start by a small threat that you will contact the BBB and report a claim if he does not show some progress, or if you know an attorney, maybe a simple letter from one may get him worried and he may start showing up.

You were literally fine with what we were doing for you up until you found out the tenant left after closing because you tried to say we knew about it which is impossible as we never had contact with the tenant ever.
