Putting several rentals in each LLC is a good compromise between practicality and protection.I strongly believe that a multi-layered asset protection program IS necessary if you are going to build a significant rental property business.

It seems like the most difficult parts will be:1) Being patient and not compromising on the criteria/rules2) Being strict about saving the cash flow for other investments and not frivolously dipping into it "here and there"I do have a question about taxes though.

We also have compromised alot and at this point are just picky on "good" investments and not as much on everything else.
