Out with the old in with the spare 

So many good programs out there to get involved in to volunteer your spare time .

I have gotten tired of radio offering me nothing and want to use my spare time in a way that can add value later on.

This dirt compacted very hard under minimal water sprinkling and had standing water for 5+ hours in full sun 85 degree weather (beneath the standing water, the dirt was relatively dry - so it was holding water, not draining at all).

I have a tenant whose dog tore the screen of a new vinyl window and she was just incredibly worried until I repaired it in front of her with some spare nylon screening and a screen mouse roller to push the spline back in.

I would use it cautiously and sparingly. 

In my spare time I put it back together.

I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars and my precious little spare time if the numbers of viable notes is so low I cannot find AND close deals.

Spare me the time commitment line because my wife did it while getting a psyD.
