Is there anything you’ve discovered over the years to help combat this or somehow control this a little?

Once that bad behavior is identified then does management swiftly act to combat it. 

@Joe Maron Not 100% sure if this would go through perfectly but I would say If you can prove it and it makes sense, not sure they could combat it.

The easiest way to combat this is to get lender preapproval and have realistic expectations.

I am just wondering how people combatted this feeling.

If you're uncomfortable with a high mortgage payment, one way to combat that is to have ample amounts of cash in reserves.

If I keep adding more deals with these kinds of incomes and expenses, the only way to combat this would be to increase my salaried income?  

But way better than that, to give away 2 fully renovated houses to a combat wounded or gold star family!
