We used to try and come up with every clever idea and they always had a reason to fall short and not make it happen which only frustrated us even more.A very experienced owner finally I guess had enough watching me fail that this and explained it to me very simply.

I was one in college when I was a full time agent and full time students I will only focus on flips and will send ROI and my analytic theory and will even send hard money options to my investors but I have yet to come across another clever young guy or girl like me I don't know why a lot of agents don't do more things like that anymore during 2009-2011 a lot were doing it thinking outside the box.

Also to your point of the day care and company car, I think that's valid and I would add that it it might also look legally like a home office - she still maintains part of the house for her personal use (to store cleaning supplies and linens)., Interestingly enough my mother's best friend runs a day care out of her personal apartment in NYC.

You need furniture, linens, appliances big and small, cleaning stuff etc.

This generally manifests and some cleverly-guised form of unlicensed broker-dealer activities or something that would require a securities registration and the inherent oversightIf you simply skip all of their filtration system and frame set up to turn you into a robot for their system by approaching those in the real world investing more time doing deals than pyramiding unlicensed broker-dealer systems you'll find better and more sophisticated syndicators.
