I was invested in multi-family, but like ss much better because it's just steel and concrete...the tenants can't damage it and no one ever calls me at 6am complaining that their child flushed a toy down the toilet like you get in multi-family.

Either way, I could be wrong but I don't think marital status is a protected class, maybe is in your state or local laws, and I think familial status protection is if denial is based on not accepting someone with a child or expecting a baby.

Instead, we are licensed through the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners (which is a non profit).I agree with previous comments that with advanced tax planning, it should be a "no brainer" once you see the ROI.
