His training material is very much worth it and he is the only Real Estate teacher that I know of that gives his students his direct phone line to call and ask him questions as needed.

I called they only to find out that its the phone number to the National Real Estate Investors Association. 

In my opinion, this is much more effective than texting, which often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers.
