He says he doesn't even have contact information for a good number of the family members.1) Can he still move forward with selling the property or will each family member have to give written consent?

hello guys. i am still learning to become a real estate investor. i haven't started yet my first deal since I'm still on board the ship. just want to ask. one of my friend says he was talking to a seller then he wants to make sure that the one he was making deal with was the real owner of the property.. how can he know or is there any proof that the owner can prove that he really owns the property?

Can he owner finance to me and i in turn OF to someone else.thanks for all your help .

Can he represent you with tax sales? 

So if a developer raises the $1M and has 3 projects running, can he create another entity, raise another $1M and start 3 more projects?

Can he flip it into a self-directed IRA and call whatever he does with the money an investment (which it sounds like would be a true statement)? 

Can he pay that?

Can he get a license and be my listing agent when we sell and make 3 percent on sale price?

Or can he transfer the title to my LLC without triggering "due on sale"?

If I take him to court can he prove this ever took place?
