Several have told me that they do the same thing, but with single family homes, though my focus is multifamily.One or two have been negative, but I just brush it off.

As for painting, don't buy cheap brushes or roller covers. 

I would not recommend brush painting them, my mother did that and you can see the brushstroaks, which again, doesnt look extremlely modeen.

I know a lot of accountants that can't use a tooth brush, let alone a paint brush.

I have a Pfister "brushed nickel" vanity light in my own bath that has rusted out, they just couldn't be bothered to put a thick enough plate on it.

Also what do you think about replace the door knobs with the same brush aluminum ones above?  

Instead of enforcing existing laws that were not being followed by a few landlords, they painted with a broad brush and now every landlord in the City is required to have certain language in their lease, identifying what is excessive use of City services (police, code enforcement, etc).

I'm looking to pick up a paint brush or roller as little as possible here.I have an organic respirator and some good goggles, but is there anything else I should consider so I don't become another "Tim Allen" statistic?
