For investing purposes TN bothers me on the gap between median incomes and median prices, that's troubling.

On one hand, I am annoyed he isn't bothering to update their records.

And honestly if they aren’t gonna bother to enforce it, then they should at least change the rules so everyone is on the same playing field, but I don’t even think it’s a grey area that it violates two very clear real estate laws. 

Our regular insurer, State Farm, does not do such coverage anymore, and after checking with several well-known national carriers, I found only one that offered it, but the lead agent couldn't be bothered to put the details in writing in an email.There must be companies that specialize in this kind of coverage, I figure, and there must be other property owners in a similar situation who have such insurance. 

So as an investor here, it doesn’t particularly bother me that Detroit has gone on this roller coaster ride since the other areas are showing very positive signs.Is the recent appreciation data/success above most likely because the market previously dipped 50 years ago and then again in 2008?

If you can get interest by investing your money that generates a higher return than the cap rate, why even bother looking at commercial properties?

Have you asked your tenants if he is bothering them? 

And while I don’t get bothered by them much, I still don’t like getting the occasional text to tell me that somethings not working, which they end up fixing anyway.
