Despite one of the best cashflow and being t he 3rd most competitive market for renters we don't have a national rental company here (except Grape Vine dabbling a little) Wow thats amazing NO national builder do you  know what volume the largest local spec builder does..

Absolutely amazing that real estate and other prices rose a similar amount as the increase in the money supply. 

I have 2 two bedroom pool cabins and then the other is a 3 bedroom with an amazing mtn view.  

Let's say you really want to maximize potential, get in amazing pro photography, maybe some drone shots, possibly a 3D virtual tour.

House is amazing and I want to hold long term but hemerging a bunch of cash right now.
