It simply amazes me how many landlords never look at the law until they are hit with a non-paying tenant or some other issue.  

It is definitely an amazing way to reach financial independence especially if you stay consistent with it!

It would be helpful to learn how one lands the jobs that come up in this forum and how much entry level positions pay.It sounds like you are focused on leaving a legacy which is amazing.

With that much equity and amazing credit score, have you thought about refinancing the 4 SF's to pull out cash to finance a portion of the project?
