This will work for ordinary losses, but not from negligence or unlawful activity.

That's why there's been little activity. if you don't have to sell, you hold on.This extend and pretend will end sooner or later, and when it does, investors will be forced to sell.

From what I heard from the investors I have here who are also active in OC, companies like OC Pro Property Management or TrueDoor Property Management have solid reputations.

For those that don't have the time or resources it's a great way to passively invest.Now if you want to be more active there are agents who can help you scale with the right teams in place.
