Turns out another tenants teenage kid had a fire on an upstairs deck (against the rules) and didn't put it out.Yep, burned the house to the ground. 

I can attest to this completely, I was afraid of debt my entire teenage years.

What do you feel about a teenager wholesaling properties?

Never actually timed myself or anyone else but I have a 30 gal heater in my mountain cabin and we routinely have  2 kids (even when they were teenagers) and 2 adults take a shower in the morning, one after the other.  

Hello everyone, I live out in Califorina, but have family out in Fortwayne Indiana and spent a lot of time in my teenage years especially in the summer out in Indiana.  

Being 16 i have plenty of years ahead of me, but because i am an impetuous, impatient teenager, and am at peace with that, i want to get going ASAP.

He and his girlfriend were looking for a place with their teenage friend.  

Two of the teenagers are authorized on the rental agreement to each live there 180 days or less a year.The teens have a reputation for being bad boys.  

Couple this with the fact that we will have two teenage daughter in college soon and this put the fear, lack of security and safety right back in place and woke her up to looking into the future.

My concern would be that there's a run of bad luck (an eviction, a domestic disturbance with a restraining order, and vandalism from teenagers all in the same month), and you don't have the cash reserves to deal with it because you're putting money into the property every month.I'm a bit concerned about your dad, though, because it doesn't sound like he's listening to and answering your objections.
