(LOL)  I lived in Brooklyn NY, and i was  priced out, so I moved South, I was able to buy a house last year for under 100k  (now 150k renovated ) 3 bed/ 2 bath  Inground pool, lot size 110 x 150 working class neighborhood, very safe, sunshine everyday, and plenty of Turnkey Real Estate deals.
