We got an update today on water. 3 plants serve Asheville, they're working on all 3, South Asheville has water, the other two that serve the remainder (downtown included) will take longer.

I dont think any rehabber in that city would have thought for a minute to put up fencing and hire 24 hour security this is not South Chicago or south of 8 mile Detroit or any number of rough neighborhoods in the mid west deep south.. this is a pleasant farming community with money.

When things go south, you'll lose the business and the relationship.If you decide to move forward, I recommend you talk to an attorney and develop a strong partnership agreement that protects all parties, gives everyone a way to exit, etc.
