Look like about $1mm to $2mm higher for the same property $1.2mm Belize property versus USVI.Again, it's about RETURN and not cost or rental rates independently.The property I looked at is one of the best on the Ocean side of San Pedro/Ambergris Caye; until you jumped up to the $3mm, then $10mm properties.
