I was cautioned by an attorney to never sign anything in my personal name related to the LLC but rather to sign: "by (signature), president" I have been unable, however, to open a bank account for the business.

Now that I have a decent size portfolio, president of our local rei and work full time in the real estate business, I can contribute so much more value to the site.

We have a new president pretty soon and usually that is followed by a recession.As for 100 basis point swing, I have two broker listings for the same property.

When I spoke to the president of the HOA, he told me that a 30% or better funded reserve was considered good but I don't have any basis of comparison and wanted to know if anyone had a good rule of thumb for how well funded an HOA of a 20 year building should be.

Stocks worried me though with them being at an all time high, new president, and fed rate factoring what may happen.
