Once I rent this house out, I have been looking into renting a condo in the Orlando area.

I have seen this in my day job of funding these guys.. like 5 to 7 years ago I was funding at least 10 deals a month in Orlando for the top rehabbers and most were coming through a licensed brokerage that specialized in wholesaling.. they since closed shop.. not enough inventory to keep the doors open..
