Speeding up the pickup and drop is helpful in cutting down on time, however the Architect (and their office) are the ones to make the actual drawing changes.

.: There are companies that provide this and I even believe some do a revenue share with apartments.We had looked into this a while back for some of our properties.Not a bad revenue stream and a nice little perk to have new EVs charging near the clubhouse/office where new prospective residents can also see them. 

Nancy......the answer to learning about becoming an REI.....do your own FREE homework....read books on RE....RE finacining....befriend a loan officer near you and pick thier brain....the same with a realtor..... as some one else suggested, attend a local pre RE class....

Do right by them and word spreads, momentum is built and eventually you are raising money from PE firms, family offices etc. if you care to grow beyond your personal network's means. 

Fed's can talk all they want about "creating" however millions of homes, it changes nothing unless Harry Potter comes into office and shezams them into existence. 

Also work with trusted lenders, look for reviews, etc .. since there are many unqualified loan officers pushing term sheets to get you to pay for an appraisal and switch the terms on you at the very last minute.

I think they've really been helped by the full/partial telecommute, as it's not terrible if you had to go into the city once or twice a week, but if everyone goes back to full-on 5 day offices I think there will be some exodus. 

So don't get frustrated if they don't return your call or aren't in the office.
