The market would likely be affected, but not to the same levels.I am more interested to see what millennials will do following COVID.

Would like to hear from some millennials & gen Z that have retired in major cities & married into hundreds of thousands of student loans & found a way to pay for $1200 a month medical care out of pocket & raised a large family?!?

All privileged millennials who could easily pay rent encouraging everyone in their buildings to not pay rent, many of them in gentrifying neighborhoods like Bushwick.

Menyy,When you use all the real estate millennial jargon into one long endless sentence- it's closer to a Starbucks order than an English paragraph. 

They are biz/tech savvy and very capable millennials.

While many hosts, particularly iphone/millennials, will tell you that they don't even use VRBO. 

South of grand and north of grand are very different areas, then there is the part of humboldt that is east of park/west of western which is seeing high income millennial gentrification. 

However, that young millennial that works at a bar and lives paycheck to paycheck may have issues paying his $1700 a month "luxury" apartment rent in South Tampa.

For example, your remodel job is beautiful and should definitely up the rent somewhat, but given Gilbert isn’t Scottsdale, or Tempe near Mill Ave yet, it may have a restricted affect attracting the type of millennials with wads of disposable income.
