But I saw photos, videos, etc. 

Just watch out for HOA fees because they can be higher in boutique projects if they have a lot of amenities, not having an elevator will help here, and if one owner stops paying it can mean a lot to the other owners. 

Any business can be profitable if done correctly.Look at your own video.

@Drew Sygit you don’t know my approach- just because someone makes a comment or ask a question doesn’t mean they haven’t reached, read or watched videos.

It''s like selling a bakery and the building, you have to value both.Arguably, the buyer pool is small, but maybe there is another operator close by, who would like to expand and leverage synergies.Hold up.......You got an offer of $200,000+ for a YouTube Channel that has 12 videos and 51 subscribers?

@Megan Mason recommend you watch some of the videos from @James Wise youtube channel on S8 evictions.We've been dealing with S8 tenants for over 20 years and they are NOT a cure-all for rent collection challenges.Since rents in Class A & B areas exceed S8 limits, most of your S8 rentals are going to be in Class C/D areas.

For me, I had no goals but found that two of the deals that I did, the seller looked me up on FB and said that they felt good about me pretty much because they got to know me through videos / posts that I made and I suppose that it built trust with them.
