A very typical approach that I will find with lawn guys around here is they will offer longer intervals (10-days) if you want, and even then it is just a rule of thumb - so if it's a total drought they won't go to cut the grass when it is not even growing.

Put some of those into a Private Interval Fund / Closed End Interval Fund (Accredited Investor only), the good thing about these funds are you get good yield like 6-7% p.a. conservatively in a diversified Finance market without losing a single penny from valuation so you are safe from market volatility. 

@Michael Seeker It is true that refinancing for the full amount might not be possible at perfect 12-month intervals, but you'd only actually need to refinance as you need to spend money.

Notice they are alternated at about 4' intervals meaning they staggered the joints but they failed to nails them properly. 

I will be implementing the 15 minute interval tours on certain days rather than spreading them out.

Out of curiosity, how much did that 1 bedroom in San Fran appreciate over the sam interval since you effectively had to move out of the HCOL area in order to do this?

I had old information on the battery fluid, looks like they keep increasing the interval.

If it's not insanely overpriced, I'd take the listing with the understanding that we'd go into price reductions at pre-arranged intervals.
