It’s a variable rate but the nice thing about using a Heloc is you can use it multiple times as it functions like revolving credit, ie similar to a credit card.

What you need is the source-data, a programmer to build you an app based on this data, and a experienced developer to instruct the programmer on how the algorithms/functions should perform these actions so they are actually useful.
