If you can afford to hire an attorney to review your contract because you don't trust yourself or your real estate agent, that's your freedom but it's 100% not necessary.

Yes, it's not what you want to do but ultimately the quicker you scale the faster you'll get to freedom. 

This is by no means to brag but I am living out my vision of being business owner, building long term wealth at a young age through real estate and having the freedoms to create my own schedule and building for the future for myself.
