Get educated, learn all you can and you can ride the waves that come.  

Final passage, after decades of planning, will be the waving of the green flag that starts this new land rush and I started preparing for it five years ago. 

I think its a very sad commentary on parents and the education system that so many people give this drivel so much credit.If I learned anything from that con man I'd be embarrassed to admit it.However, what I have learned on here is that many successful people are not ashamed - they hold up their previous ignorance as a badge of honor and wave this book like a bible.  

All my tenants (25 of them) know where I live and they see me at the grocery store and they wave when I drive by them on the street.

For now we are ridding the wave of vacations short term rentals.

Yes it did, and I'm so glad I fought through the emotional waves, making the scary unknown into a new, exciting venture.

I love being this busy but I will make some time for a nice surf on Friday or Saturday we're supposed to get some breezy offshore winds that will make for some nice longboard waves.

You've bought your current TWO units and have rode the appreciation wave up to where you have  NOW ($500K) a nice equity gain, etc.) ....however IF this market corrects and depending on how severe the downturn is some of that equity will evaporate.
