I do not believe it matters if you start with mortgage broker or RE agent.  

Find a good DSCR Broker that works with a variety of lenders so they can tailor your scenario to the right lender. 

I have found broker who will relay me borrowers' information, so I only need to find someone to borrow for low interest rate from.Any help will be much appreciated!

Reaching out to multiple brokers in the area and building relationships with them will probably be the most important piece.

Best bet is likely (not absolute - everyone's situation is different) is to look at a national lender or broker that has options in lots of states - its a great development versus 20 odd years ago, with technology, internet, places like this - can have access to many more options than before (local broker or lender thats it)

I am licensed in FL by division of hotels & restaurants and also a licensed RE broker so me holding funds in escrow is not an issue. 

the key will be breaking the Broker code its one thing for Brian to get a look at good deals its another for the average investors
