I have given a $100 Christmas bonus.I would find someone you trust and just pay them what they ask per instance.

More importantly, it really felt good to be able to provide a nice home for a family (they have 4 kids) and was able to get them in the week before Christmas.. perfect timing!

Then I send a Christmas card and gift card made out to EVERYONE/ANIMAL.

I checked into that book and will definitely be adding it to my Christmas list.

if you find out the current use, you can pick it up right away with same or similar use. for example grain fields can be rented to local grain farmers. cleared forest can be replanted with Christmas trees, popular landscaping trees and plants, any realistic business it is zoned for. if there is a home on the property it can be rented. if you want to live there you can still rent out the fields at a local per acre rate to local farmers, or start any type of agricultural business, or home based business and hobby farm.

I raised my rates to what i thought was a ridiculous number for Christmas and booked it in 3 days.

Lenders often take off Thanksgiving for 1 week and Christmas for 2 weeks.

Have fired many over a few years, but the ones I've kept get bought meals when we are in town and get Christmas gifts.

If you accept their bid it’s like Christmas to them and you end up over paying.With that said I will also say sometimes the lowest bid is not the best bid.
