The dangling carrot is the "low barriers to entry" (cheap properties) but to me the risk was a little too high.

I have since cancelled Carrot because I wasn't getting anything organic and trying PPC was both not a priority and risky/daunting.

You have 3000 investor carrot websites, all look alike smell alike, feel alike, taste alike... and now all are applying the EXACT same SEO...HOW for Pete's sake is site # 13 going to outrank site number #2354.Not going to happen.My secret?

If not you could dangle that as a carrot with brokers to get their input and also see if any have somebody in mind for the location already.

I recommend getting a Carrot website and then following all of their training.When you pick a market, it's better to go narrow and deep than to simply cast a wide net.
