It’s so serious that, beginning January 1st in California, any lender who knowingly originates a consumer-purpose loan misrepresented as a business-purpose loan can face criminal charges and jail time.

My Wife and I spent 50k up front doing a very big presentation in San Jose CA and got about 200 investors to come..

Looking to buy a house in Berkeley, CA. and have a quick question regarding the property title & assessor records. 

Most of the California investors with substantial net worth that I know have owned properties for 15 to 30+ years. 

We have spoke to banks in the past and its challenging to find ones that will do a C/A on a first but the ones that would consider it would not do it on a 2nd.

For example in California there is a 10 year structural warranty by law (and shorter warranties for different systems).

And in California you have three weeks to do the refund is there is one.
