I'm currently reading David Greene's book on BRRRR and was curious about how you all go about planning or visualizing added rooms to potential purchases. 

I see it from a guest's POV if they booked a place and show up to something that looks shabby, then instantly you are starting off on the wrong foot.

I have stories for a book or two.

Book a flight from Portland to Orlando rent a hotel and car and go to the planning department and building department in person and get to the folks that were running the permit and discuss paths to completion..

The previous buyer fell out of escrow and he was hoping I could do a quick purchase to get it off his books.
