Hi Everyone.I started a business providing accommodations to athletes last year and it really peaked my interest in real estate.

Boulder has a huge need for the ST furnished rentals because of boot camps, CU and athletic events that come through our town. 

I miss the athletes I have worked with over the years.

Another avenue may be an accountant or if you are an athlete, you could talk to your sports agent or your financial guy.  

Yoga retreats that would end up in carpet burned from incense, athletic groups using the house as a food prep/staging area, etc.

She is also a student athlete.

In fact, fear was one of the main reasons for my success as an athlete in my teenage years.Robert Kiyosaki is well known for his book entitled, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” where he points out the differences between his real father, who was poor most of his life, and a friend’s dad who was wealthy, and taught him some fundamental truths about success.

I'll try to be as complete as possible, while simplifying too.For most people the term "Crowd Funding" means raising money from total strangers over the Internet for their deals, similar to the way (some) people raise money for chartible causes like sending an athlete to the Olympic trials, when they can not afford the plane ticket, etc.However, raising money for real estate deals (or any other profit making venture) an not be dine the same way the charities do it.  

Here is the condensed version of how I got to that point:Went to college and quickly learned I was not going to be a professional athlete !  

Become a musician/actor, professional athlete, get lucky in the stock market or win the lottery.
