I didn't know about the android bug, apologies.

@Brandon Turner is that correct that i can't use @ from the biggerpockets app or did i do something wrong. i have an android phone don't hold that against me. 

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 and Android version 4.1.2. 

I'm an Android man myself, and Apple's elimination of the 3.5mm headphone jack was a terrible decision, but they managed to monetize it with the Airpods.

Try downloading any one of the cheap photo editing apps to their mobile device.If you're going to take the listing pics with an iPhone or Android, try using a photo app to brighten the pictures!

Down the road, you will probably have to change out the "brain" that all these lights are plugged into, in order to get it to talk to iOS 15, or Android 30, or to get rid of the "plz Paypal $100 to hacker -at- example.ru to get your lights back" virus in it

@Sean Eads @Steve Haight You should check out Joe McCalls mind map, its very informative also check out the Deal Machine app (not sure if it's helpful to android people) its a great resource it allows you to search the names of property owners (for many but not all properties) and their contact info, you can even load direct mail templates and begin your prospecting the moment you find a property that interests you
