What was most interesting to me was he also stated in the article, that the can be very expensive and he wrote "$10,000-$25,000", I called him out on it saying that it hasn't cost that much for over a decade in the industry, and asked where he got his data from (since a few months prior I sat down with him and answered all of his questions about cost seg).
