I was not willing to have multiple people sleeping in 3rd floor bedrooms without fire escapes and risk the hazard of them getting trapped inside.

I would envision the market would be people wanting to come to Austin for a month so potentially traveling nurses, corporate housing, or people working remote in Austin for a month. 

Areas I think would do well are those where people are moving back to or highly desired - Arcadia, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, parts of PHX, and Chandler / Mesa.

Most Major cities will still fill office space in the future as more people get back to work as you realize while some people may be more productive remotely working in groups and mentoring people has a lot more progress in personIf you bought office in 2018-2020 then I really feel bad for you though as there is a pricing reset for those building owners

In the past people had "laundry rooms" and it was a revenue source, am I looking at this the same way? 

Some people do change.

One has lasted almost 30 years with thousands of people walking on it annually and the second has been beautiful for 20 years with slightly less traffic.

A big way to expedite this is to go to local meetups and attend local masterminds that will get you in front of people that are in the community you want to do deals in and partner with. 

Does anyone know of any institutions or people that would lend cash similarly to a line of credit or some alternate option that would help us with buying homes to move into our properties?
