Steve Cantano - Great citations.HOA liens are not, per se, my niche however I have a fellow Bottomfeeder friend who tracks sales and pursues redemptions.Since I'm a CA only investor (except passive hedge fund portfolios) I get all sorts of title challenges dropped in my lap.
