Even if the windows are closed the sound goes through the glass in one unit and back into the other unit through it's glass.

Furnish it with decent furniture from Cost Plus or Pier 1, and furnish glasses and dishes and pot/pans etc, then try for a family who is transferring in or an upscale or corporate type.

I got a nasty email from them the other day indicating that their toddler can no longer go outside in the empty lot due to the weeds (2-3 feet tall).

They're also a pain for tall people.

They couldn't repair but could replace the glass in a couple of days for an unreasonable amount.
